The generous cleavage of this voluptuous star provided the most crucial and controversial issue in the public showing of Howard Hughes's "The Outlaw" (1943). Hughes, who produced the film (and originally found Russell working as a receptionist for his dentist), had even designed a brassiere to best advertise her assets.
